Shipping Policy for Deliveries and Pickups in Niagara Falls

At Niagara's Very Own, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient process for delivering your favorite Mexican food to your doorstep or preparing it for pickup. Please review our shipping policy below:

Local Deliveries

  1. Delivery Area

    • We offer delivery services within Niagara Falls and nearby surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

  2. Delivery Hours

    • Deliveries are available during our business hours:
      • Monday–Friday: 1pm to 8 pm
      • Saturday–Sunday: 1 pm to 8 pm
    • Please place your orders at least 30 min prior + Delivery Time before the desired delivery time.

  3. Delivery Fees

    • A flat delivery fee of $5 applies to all local deliveries within  Radius 15 km.
    • For addresses outside this radius, additional charges may apply.

  4. Minimum Order Requirement

    • A minimum order of $10 is required for delivery service.

  5. Estimated Delivery Times

    • We aim to deliver your order within  30–60 minutes from confirmation, depending on traffic and order volume.

  6. Contactless Delivery

    • For safety, we offer contactless delivery. Please specify any special instructions when placing your order.

In-Store Pickup

  1. Pickup Location

    • Orders can be picked up from our restaurant located at:
      5500 Ferry St Niagara Falls

  2. Pickup Hours

    • Pickups are available during regular business hours:
      • Monday–Friday: 1pm to 8 pm
      • Saturday–Sunday:1pm to 8 pm

  3. Placing an Order for Pickup

    • Please place your pickup order at least  15–30 minutes in advance to ensure it is ready when you arrive.

  4. Order Confirmation

    • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email from NVO

Additional Information

  1. Cancellations

    • Orders canceled after preparation has started may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Delays

    • While we strive to meet all delivery and pickup times, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes. We appreciate your understanding.
