- Delivery Issues: If your order is significantly delayed (more than 30 minutes past the estimated time) and results in inconvenience.

2. Refund Requests
To request a refund or replacement:

3. Non-Refundable Cases

4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
- In case of a replacement, the new order will be prioritized and delivered at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. After this time, preparation begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
